Business Analyst Outside IR35Contract until 18th Dec. 2026Crewe - Hybrid - 2-days per weekWe are recruiting for a Business Analyst to support complex, high-impact IT change initiatives within a fast-paced automotive and manufacturing environment. This contract role will focus on understanding business needs, shaping clear requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring change activity delivers measurable value and practical outcomes.As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across IT, operational teams, suppliers and senior leadership, helping to turn business challenges into structured insights, clear requirements and actionable solutions. This is a role for someone confident, proactive and comfortable asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and bringing clarity to complex change.Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business analysis activity across complex IT change initiatives, from discovery through to delivery and benefits realisation.Elicit, analyse, document and manage high-quality requirements, ensuring they are clearly linked to business outcomes and value.Translate business problems into structured insights, process models, user stories, acceptance criteria and practical recommendations.Support business case development, including benefits definition, cost/benefit analysis and impact assessment.Work with stakeholders at all levels, including senior stakeholders, to clarify priorities, challenge constructively and drive ..... full job details .....
