Business Analyst Wiltshire 100% office based Permanent Full Time £45,000 - £55,000 + excellent benefits We are working with a highly successful and diverse private group with interests across multiple sectors, who are looking to appoint an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, helping organisations understand their needs, improve processes and deliver meaningful change. The Role Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of business and IT change across the Group. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution validation, user acceptance testing and transition into business as usual. Key responsibilities will include: Leading business analysis activity across assigned projects and workstreams Working with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers to understand business needs and objectives Planning and facilitating workshops, interviews and requirements-gathering sessions Eliciting, documenting, prioritising and managing functional and non-functional requirements Challenging requirements and identifying assumptions, gaps, dependencies and risks Analysing and documenting current and future-state processes Completing gap analysis across people, process, data, systems and policy Working with technical and ..... full job details .....
