What you''ll do Lead business and process analysis across AI and digital transformation projects Run workshops and discovery sessions with operational teams, technical specialists and senior stakeholders Map current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and process models Assess potential AI and automation use cases for feasibility, value and operational impact Work alongside data specialists, developers and architects to shape AI-enabled solutions Support proof-of-concept and pilot projects through to wider ..... full job details .....
