Business Analyst - 18-Month Maternity Cover Salary: £42,000 per annumLocation: Hertfordshire - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)Contract: Approx. 18-month FTC - to include handover and handbackStart: As soon as possibleHours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday Mosaic Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join an established Hertfordshire organisation on an approximately 18-month maternity cover contract. This is a varied role combining Business Analysis, process improvement, technology, systems support and project work. You will work closely with Project Managers and teams across the organisation to understand business requirements, improve processes and identify practical ways technology can increase efficiency. This isn''t a purely traditional BA role. You will also provide hands-on systems and second-line technical support, so we are looking for someone comfortable with both business analysis and technology. Key Responsibilities Analyse and map existing business processes and identify improvements. Gather, document and manage business requirements. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and translate requirements into practical solutions. Identify opportunities for process automation and improved ways of working. Support solutions using Power Automate, SharePoint and Power BI. Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Produce reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
