THE ROLE The Business Advisory Manager in Glasgow will work closely with Client Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality, profitable work for a diverse client portfolio. Responsibilities include managing the delivery of management accounts, year-end accounts, tax returns, VAT, budgets, and forecasts. The role involves reviewing work of assistants and seniors, developing strong client relationships, and coordinating with specialists to identify cross-selling opportunities. You will also handle client queries, manage fee proposals, WIP, and debt recovery. The position offers a chance to influence business growth, mentor junior team members, and develop leadership skills within a supportive environment.
