Position:Business AdvisorSalary:£30,000-£35,000 DOELocation:NorthamptonHours of Work:37.5 hours per weekJob PurposeTo provide an efficient and professional accountancy service to clients in accordance with firm policies, procedures, and quality standards.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesClient ServicePlan assignments for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and charitiesPrepare statutory accounts for a variety of client typesLiaise with clients regarding draft accounts for review and approvalUndertake audits from completion of planning through to finalisationPrepare personal, partnership, and corporate tax returns (including CT600s)Communicate with clients, HM Revenue and Customs, and other stakeholders via email, written correspondence, and telephoneReview confirmation statements and other statutory compliance documentationPrepare management accounts as requiredFinancial PerformanceMonitor own performance against assigned job budgetsIdentify and report any issues impacting delivery or profitabilityClient RelationsDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their teamsProactively seek information to support timely and accurate service deliveryPractice DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to introduce additional services to existing clientsGeneralUndertake any other duties as reasonably requiredSkills and ExperienceStrong working knowledge of cloud and desktop accounting systems, such as: IRISXeroQuickBooksSage Line 50FreeAgentProficient ..... full job details .....
