Business Administrator - Excel

Business Provisioning Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a highly accurate and organised administrator to support business-critical network provisioning projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of transmission and supplier orders.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and Excel trackers.
• Review data, investigate discrepancies and resolve ordering queries.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, project teams and external suppliers.
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
• Support network changes, supplier programmes and operational projects.

Key requirements:

• Strong administration and data-processing experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and formulas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident stakeholder communication skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Order management, provisioning or telecoms experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Ideal backgrounds:Order processing, service delivery, logistics, supply chain, utilities, finance operations, provisioning or data administration.
