DescriptionDPC is seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our growing team.This role provides essential administrative support across the practice, alongside assisting with sales ledger activities. It is well suited to an organised and detail-oriented administrator with some experience in financial record keeping or support.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral AdministrationProvide day-to-day administrative support across the practiceManage incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriatelyMaintain accurate and organised filing systemPrepare documents, reports, and correspondence as requiredSupport data entry and maintain internal systemsOversee office supplies and general office organisationSales Ledger SupportRaise and process sales invoices accurately and on timeMaintain and update client accounts within the systemRecord and allocate incoming paymentsAssist with credit control activitiesResolve invoice queries with clients and internal teamsSupport month-end sales ledger processesMaintain accurate financial records and documentationSkills, Knowledge and ExpertisePrevious experience in an administrative role (essential)Experience supporting financial processes or sales ledger (desirable)Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisation and time management skillsConfident and professional communication skillsProactive, positive, and solution-focused approachAbility to work independently and within a small teamProficient in Microsoft Office ..... full job details .....
