Hatch Training are recruiting for a Business / Marketing Administrator Apprentice on behalf of a Martial Arts company based in Newton, Birmingham.This role combines day-to-day business administration with marketing responsibilities.Duties include:Managing emails and responding to telephone enquiriesCarrying out general administrative tasksSupporting marketing activities and social media managementUsing online sales platforms such as Amazon and eBayAssisting with digital business operations and customer communicationThe position would suit someone organised, confident communicating with customers, and interested in both administration and digital marketing.Key Skills and Requirements:Excellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work accurately and attention to detailPositive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable using basic digital tools (email, CRM systems, social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook)Personal QualitiesFriendly and professional mannerReliable, punctual and well organisedPositive attitude and willingness to learnConfident with Technology and Social Media platformsCreative MindsetThe Apprenticeship:The successful applicant will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Hatch Training.
