This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied, demanding administrative role and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service.You will be the first point of contact for both external customers (hospitals) and internal stakeholders (sales and technical teams), playing a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient processing of enquiries.The Role of the Administrator- Customer ServiceBusiness SupportProcessing stock movements and stock checksHandling sales team enquiries and troubleshooting issuesProducing customer back order reportsPlacing purchase orders with suppliersGoods-in processing, including inspectionSupporting annual inventory checks and regular spot checksAssisting with ad hoc departmental projectsCustomer CareAnswering telephone hotline callsMonitoring and managing the customer service mailboxProcessing customer purchase orders, consignment usage, and replenishmentManaging customer loan equipmentArranging dispatch of products and supporting warehouse maintenanceResolving invoice queries and processing returnsChasing outstanding purchase orders in collaboration with the sales teamHandling additional customer enquiries as requiredProcessing consignment stock checksAbout ..... full job details .....
