Business Admin Vocational Tutors Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Location: West Bromwich, Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, (depending on experience, skills and qualifications) Are you passionate about Business Admin and Employability? Would you like to pass on your knowledge and train the next generation of Business Admin professionals? We are seeking to appoint an experienced Vocational Tutor at Nova Training. Key Responsibilities: To deliver the Level 1 and 2 in Business Administration / Customer service Assess learners work, provide timely feedback Plan individual learning to meet learner needs. Observe Learners within in work placement against the qualification criteria Ensure lesson plans are prepared and linked to curriculum plans. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification(PTLLS, AET) A minimum of 2 years Teaching experience in 14-19 provision Assessing qualification (CAVA, TAQA, or equivalent) Prior experience in delivering vocational qualifications Experience in delivering employability sessions Work to deadlines, motivated, organised, Full, clean UK Driving License Employee Benefits: 25 days holiday entitlement increasing to 30 with length of service, Day off for your birthday Optional Early Finish on Fridays at 2.30pm Holiday Purchase Scheme, allowing you to purchase an additional 2 weeks holiday per year.
