Business Account Manager
We are supporting a well-established FMCG manufacturing business in the appointment of a Business Account Manager to manage and develop strategic customer partnerships across a portfolio of key accounts.This is an important commercial role, responsible for driving profitable growth through customer management, PandL ownership and the delivery of effective trading strategies.Working closely with senior commercial stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering sustainable business performance.Role DetailsLocation: LondonSalary: Competitive salary + bonus + car allowanceContract: PermanentWorking pattern: Home-based, with an expectation to attend the office two days per weekThe RoleYou will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts, managing commercial performance and developing plans that deliver both customer and business objectives.Key areas of responsibility include:Managing full PandL responsibility across a portfolio of customer accounts, including profitability, investment and commercial performanceDeveloping and executing customer trading strategies, Joint Business Plans and growth initiativesLeading customer negotiations across areas including pricing, margin, investment and promotional activityBuilding strong relationships with customer stakeholders and working collaboratively with internal teams to maximise opportunitiesWhat We''re Looking ForWe are ..... full job details .....
