This is a brilliant opportunity for an existing Team Leader, Supervisor or experienced Senior Analyst who has strong experience across both AML/CDD and Conflicts and is ready to take on more responsibility. The Role?You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Compliance Analysts while remaining hands-on with complex Business Acceptance matters. Line managing and supporting junior and senior Analysts Managing workflow and allocating work across the team Advising on complex CDD/KYC, AML and source of funds queries Reviewing legal and commercial conflicts of interest Supporting client and matter inception and risk assessments Acting as an escalation point for complex or higher-risk matters Advising Partners and senior stakeholders across the firm Supporting process improvements, training and wider Compliance projects About You?
