Joining a successful and well-respected accountancy practice, this could be just the role for you.This Cheltenham based accountancy practice is searching for a Bureau Payroll Officer to join their friendly team.This role will see you play a key role in providing an efficient and effective payroll service for a wide range of clients. Your duties as a Payroll Officer will include:- Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring all payroll deadlines are achieved- Maintaining and updating payroll information using payroll systems and internal databases- Processing payroll changes including new starters, leavers, salary amendments, holiday calculations and employee record updates- Resolving payroll queries and discrepancies for both employees and clients in a timely manner- Ensuring payroll records are accurate, up-to-date and maintained in line with company procedures and compliance standardsYou will need to have experience of payroll within a bureau setting and be comfortable using multiple online systems.
