This is a varied and responsible position, working across a portfolio of clients and taking a lead role in delivering a high-quality payroll service.As Bureau Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:- Managing the end-to-end payroll process for a portfolio of clients- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of RTI and other statutory returns- Managing auto-enrolment pension requirements and other payroll-related processes- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, dealing confidently with payroll queries- Liaising with HMRC and other relevant bodies where required- Keeping up to date with changes in payroll legislation and ensuring clients remain compliant- Reviewing payroll work and supporting the development of more junior members of the team- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver an efficient bureau serviceThe successful Bureau Payroll Manager will:Have significant experience working within a payroll bureau or accountancy practice environment, with a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and the ability to manage multiple ..... full job details .....
