The Role

As a Bulldozer Operator, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation on East Renfrewshire Golf Club, supporting material movement, stockpile management and site development activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include:

- Operating bulldozers safely and efficiently
- Carrying out grading, levelling and material handling activities
- Managing stockpiles and haul road maintenance
- Supporting quarry production and site improvement projects
- Conducting daily plant checks and reporting defects
- Working closely with the Site Manager and wider operational team
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times
- Keeping work areas safe, tidy and operational

What We''re Looking For

- Previous bulldozer operating experience
- CPCS, NPORS or equivalent plant certification
- Experience within quarrying, aggregates, earthworks or construction environments
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety
- Reliable and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
