Are you a Building Services Engineer looking for a 6-month contract where you can work on a large estate and play a key role in maintaining high standards across a major organisation? You will play an important role in ensuring contractors remain compliant, maintenance is delivered effectively and building assets are properly inspected and managed. The role offers excellent variety, covering mechanical building services, compliance, contractor management, asset inspections and minor works projects. As A Building Services Engineer You Will: 6 month temporary contract Provide technical support and guidance to the in-house team and contractors. Manage and monitor maintenance and operational delivery. Carry out asset inspections, condition surveys etc. Oversee and carry out mechanical building service work. As A Building Services Engineer You Must: Have experience within Building Services, Estates Maintenance or a similar environment.
