An educational consultancy is seeking a
Bulgarian-speaking HR Generalist
to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a broad role covering all aspects of HR and recruitment within a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration
Managing recruitment activities from sourcing to selection
Acting as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries
Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
Contributing to HR projects and process improvements
Requirements
Fluency in
Bulgarian
(spoken and written) is essential
Previous experience in
HR and recruitment
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
