The Role As the Built Estate Manager, you''ll: Lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services, ensuring full compliance with statutory legislation, health and safety regulations, environmental standards and contractual requirements. Oversee operational planning, work programmes, budgets and resources, ensuring services are delivered efficiently while achieving value for money and meeting changing business priorities. Provide technical leadership by identifying and mitigating compliance risks, chairing risk meetings where required and ensuring best practice across the estate. Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset information, ensuring estate planning documentation is kept up to date.
