This role is offering -450 per day and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor with a strong social housing background to support the review and delivery of major works programmes across a large residential portfolio. Working within a Planned Maintenance team, you''ll provide professional building surveying expertise across major works, asset improvement and refurbishment programmes. A key focus of the role will be reviewing completed investment works, identifying lessons learned, assessing asset condition and providing technical recommendations to support future investment strategies and service improvements. Responsibilities: Carry out inspections of residential properties and communal areas across housing estates. Assess the quality, standard and effectiveness of completed major works projects.
