Building Surveyor

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Surveyor, either RICS qualified or a recent graduate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting portfolios of work across many different sectors with a number of heritage focused projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive building inspections to assess condition and compliance. Identify structural issues, defects, and areas requiring maintenance or improvement. Prepare detailed technical reports, including condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and building pathology assessments. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality surveying solutions. Personal Specification: Must have RICS qualification or working towards chartership (graduate level welcome). Strong analytical and report-writing skills. Full UK driving licence. A passion for building surveying and a keen eye for detail.
