The role has a particularly strong focus on complex property issues, including damp, mould and condensation, HHSRS, complaints, boundary matters, alterations and more involved pre and post-works inspections. What you''ll be doing Undertaking complex damp, mould and condensation inspections, including intrusive surveys where required. Identifying property hazards through HHSRS assessments and supporting the identification and resolution of WHQS issues. Carrying out complex pre and post-works inspections and preparing detailed specifications and schedules of work. Managing technical repairs and projects through to completion, working with tenants and contractors to maintain quality standards. Investigating boundary issues and complaints, providing clear technical advice to help achieve appropriate resolutions. Assessing customer alteration requests and unauthorised works.
