Stock Condition Surveyors / Asbestos Surveyor - Housing - £275 to £350 per day - INDSOH Venn Group are recruiting for 3 Surveyors to support housing stock condition surveys and asbestos re-inspection programmes. These Surveyor roles are paying £275 to £350 per day and will involve carrying out internal and external property inspections, recording asset data and supporting planned investment, compliance and future maintenance planning. The client would consider either 3 Surveyors covering both stock condition and asbestos re-inspections, or splitting the requirement into 2 Stock Condition Surveyors and 1 Asbestos Surveyor. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Stock Condition Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Asset Surveyors or an Asbestos Surveyor with housing, residential property or compliance survey experience.
