This is more than a traditional surveying role. You will use your technical expertise to identify issues, investigate building defects, support complex disrepair cases and help develop practical solutions that improve living conditions for residents. You will play an important role in ensuring homes remain safe, sustainable and fit for the future, working closely with colleagues, contractors and external partners to resolve issues effectively.
