Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor Thomas Search are partnered with a leading, forward-thinking property consultancy to appoint a Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor into their expanding Building Consultancy team in the North of England. You will be joining a RICS-regulated Chartered Surveying practice based who deliver Building Surveys, Contract Administration, Architectural Design, Project Management and Dispute Resolution services across both residential, industrial and commercial sectors. The Opportunity You will work across the full spectrum of Building Surveying services, with the flexibility to shape your workload around your strengths and interests while developing new specialist capabilities. Core Responsibilities: Due Diligence Construction Monitoring Contract Administration Planned Preventative Maintenance Dilapidations and Exit Strategies Party Wall matters (experience welcome but not essential) Delivering professional and project-focused services from inception to completion Producing clear, concise technical reports and client recommendations Building strong client relationships and supporting repeat business What We''re Looking For Degree-qualified Building Surveyor with MRICS status Experience across commercial professional and project-based work Strong technical and analytical capability Confident communicator with a client-facing presence Ability to manage multiple projects independently Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-led ..... full job details .....
