      <description>Location: West End | Salary: £45000 - £60000 per annum + Pension, Gym, BUPA etc. | Type: Permanent | THE ROLE    My client is growing their Building Surveying team. You will be keen to join a firm who offer excellent promotion prospects and support if you are not already chartered.  They now seek a BUILDING SURVEYOR who will have at least three years or more building surveying experience and ideally working towards becoming RICS qualified or someone who is already MRICS qualified.  There will be the opportunity for the right person to move up to Senior level quickly for the right person.  You will need broad based experience as projects include work for both private and public sector clients.  Although ideally this role is London based you could also work from their Surrey or West Midlands offices with some time in London as required.
