Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking multiple experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support ongoing projects. This organisation has a strong track record within the residential and social housing sector and is known for delivering high-volume, quality-led survey programmes for key clients.Your new role You will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across residential properties, working as part of a wider project team but with autonomy in the field. Key responsibilities will include:Undertaking on-site condition surveys of residential housing stockCapturing and recording data using tablet-based survey systemsAssessing building fabric, condition and compliance factorsProducing accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirementsManaging your own workload to deliver high volumes of surveys efficientlyWorking across multiple sites within Glasgow and the wider West regionWhat you''ll need to succeed Previous experience carrying out stock condition or fabric surveysExperience surveying residential or social housing stockStrong ability to deliver high survey volumes to tight deadlinesCompetence using tablet/data capture ..... full job details .....
