Responsibilities include Inspect tenanted and leasehold homes, plus communal areas in blocks, to review the quality and completeness of recently delivered works Identify defects, snagging items and any remedial works needed, including damp and mould issues Highlight fire and building safety observations and escalate appropriately in line with relevant legislation and council processes Complete desktop reviews and post-inspections of previously delivered investment programmes and produce findings and recommendations Produce reports, schedules of works and technical information for senior managers, contractors and other stakeholders Manage and monitor remedial works through to completion, ...
