Identify, photograph and mark up repairs. Produce detailed specifications using NHF SOR Version 6. Liaise with residents, contractors and operational teams.   Candidate Requirements: Experience surveying social housing, particularly aged stock. Strong knowledge of NHF SOR Version 6 and current Building Regulations. Ability to produce clear technical reports and repair specifications.
