Requirements Previous experience in building surveying, ideally within social housing. Experience with older housing stock and planned/cyclical maintenance. Strong specification-writing experience using SORs. Good knowledge of current Building Regulations. Ability to produce clear survey findings and repair recommendations. Good communication skills and experience liaising with residents, contractors and operational teams. HND in Building, Surveying or equivalent. RICS qualification desirable.
