Senior / Associate Building Surveyor An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy who have been in operation for over 40 years, offering a hybrid working arrangement predominantly covering the Greater London region.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality building surveying services to a range of clients, including residential, education and civic areas.Manage and lead surveying assignments from inception to completion, including dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration, and party wall matters.Provide expert advice on building defects, condition reports, and asset management strategies.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery of services that meet client expectations.Key Requirements:MRICS qualified with relevant experience in building surveying.Proven experience in leading building surveys and projects, particularly in dilapidations, defects analysis, and contract administration.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in using building surveying software and other relevant tools.Full UK driving licence for site visits and client meetings as required.Salary and Benefits:Competitive salary of up to £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.Offering flexibility and a healthy work-life ..... full job details .....
