Using your expertise in building pathology, construction methods, materials, and current industry regulations, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards. Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: *Ensure the company''s quality assurance processes on all projects are followed at all times and ensure standard documentation is used when presenting internal and external information *Meet with clients to discuss project ideas and construction requirements *Inspect existing buildings for flaws and defects *Take lead on surveys and the creation of reports *Carry out feasibility studies *Advise on all aspects of health and safety and environmental impact, energy efficiency, and sustainability....
