Building Surveyor / Roof Surveyor Specialist Roof Inspections - Training Provided UK Roof Surveys Ltd Full-time Permanent Salary: £38,000-£45,000 depending on experience Company vehicle provided The Opportunity UK Roof Surveys is a growing independent specialist roof inspection company carrying out residential and professional roof surveys across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a professional Building Surveyor / Roof Surveyor to join our team. We are open to candidates from several backgrounds, including experienced Building, Property, Condition or Roof Surveyors; those RICS qualified or working towards membership; and experienced roofing professionals looking to move into surveying and inspection work. What matters most is that you are professional, dependable, technically minded and capable of making evidence-based decisions. About the Role This is a specialist surveying position, not a roofing sales or contracting role. UK Roof Surveys does not undertake remedial roofing works. Our surveyors independently establish the condition of a roof, identify defects and their likely causes, and provide clients with clear evidence-based findings.
