Are you a Building Surveyor with experience in building inspections, condition surveys and refurbishment projects, alongside some Contract Administration or Project Management experience? Due to continued growth and the award of a major local authority framework, they are looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team in the area. In this role, you will undertake a range of Building Surveying duties, including property inspections, condition surveys, defect diagnosis and preparing specifications for refurbishment and maintenance works.
