This role focuses entirely on older, heritage housing stock within conservation areas. You will be responsible for asset assessments, delivering high-quality building surveys for upcoming cyclical works, identifying necessary structural and cosmetic repairs, and writing up accurate technical specifications. Key Responsibilities Conduct Building Surveys: Carry out a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 thorough building surveys per week on external blocks. Defect Analysis & Documentation: Photograph, map out, and clearly mark up all areas requiring repair (including repointing, rendering, painting, roof repairs/replacements, sash window restorations, fencing, and pathway repairs).
