This is a mobile role, covering Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, so you''ll need to be based within one of these areas.You''ll provide professional surveying and technical support, helping deliver a busy technical services programme spanning capital investment, cyclical works, fire safety, and statutory maintenance-delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to current legislation and best practice.Key responsibilitiesDeliver professional surveying support aligned to the organisation''s Asset Management strategySupport and/or lead delivery of technical services including: Capital investment programmesCyclical maintenanceFire safety worksStatutory compliance activityTake ownership of contract administration across a range of major works projects, including: Preparing tender documentationCost analysis and budgetary controlSite oversight / project delivery supportSupervising contractorsQuality control and certificationEnsure works are compliant with health and safety legislation, CDM regulations, and wider building statutory obligationsTravel frequently across the patch to oversee sites and support deliveryEssential requirementsMinimum HNC (Level 4) in a construction-related discipline (or demonstrable relevant surveying experience)Strong, proven experience in a ..... full job details .....
