RICS accredited, or working towards accreditation through the SAVA Diploma route/University course? Alternatively, do you have a property and construction background? Are looking to transition from estate agency, property management, asset management, or other surveying disciplines? Do you have a good knowledge of residential construction, building pathology, and defect diagnosis? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Demonstrating strong communication skills, technical curiosity, professionalism, and a genuine interest in residential buildings and defect analysis? Maintaining professionalism when dealing with clients, estate agents, and contractors.
