Salary: £53,300 per annum per annum plus eligibility for Performance Related Bonus Contract: Full-time, Permanent Location: Hale Village, London, N17 Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London. You will work closely with our Head of Service to deliver Newlon''s planned and reactive work streams, ensuring work is carried out to a very high standard and with a focus on quality, cost control and customer satisfaction. Carrying out regular on-site inspections, you will take the lead in co-ordinating works programmes, liaising with residents as necessary, working collaboratively with both contractors and customer to resolve complaints efficiently and effectively. You will have extremely high standard and be a champion for innovation, challenging contractors constructively when necessary to ensure that Newlon continues to provide our customers with a high quality customer service experience. As a member of either CIOB or RICS and with solid experience of working on property surveying, site inspection or quality manager in the UK property/housing sector, you will be confident and highly skilled in producing in depth inspection reports, preparing schedule of works and taking on project management responsibility.
