I’m working with an established consultancy of around 300 people across the UK. Its teams already advise major corporate occupiers, particularly in retail and leisure, and Building Surveying work is coming through those existing relationships. They are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director in London to take responsibility for instructions and play a part in developing the service. The role offers client work ready to pick up, room to influence how the service grows, and flexibility over where you do the work.
