Its teams already advise major corporate occupiers, particularly in retail and leisure, and Building Surveying work is coming through those existing relationships. They are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director in London to take responsibility for instructions and play a part in developing the service.The role offers client work ready to pick up, room to influence how the service grows, and flexibility over where you do the work.The RoleYou ll deliver professional Building Surveying advice for corporate occupier clients across London and national portfolios. Instructions will include technical due diligence, condition surveys, dilapidations, defect advice and specifications for repair or improvement works.You ll work directly with clients, manage your own instructions and collaborate with colleagues who already know their portfolios.
