The business works with major corporate occupiers and has a substantial pipeline of professional surveying work coming through its existing client teams. Retail and leisure will form an important part of the workload. If you enjoy getting to know a client''s portfolio, understanding how its buildings are used and giving advice that helps it make practical decisions, this role is worth exploring. You''ll join as the consultancy develops its dedicated Building Surveying service, with work available from the outset and the chance to influence how that service is delivered. The Work The role covers a broad range of professional instructions across the North and wider UK, including: Technical due diligence and pre-acquisition advice Condition surveys and building defect investigations Dilapidations claims and negotiations Reports, specifications and advice on repair or improvement works Instructions across retail, leisure and other corporate occupier portfolios You''ll take responsibility for your own projects and deal directly with clients.
