The role will require working 2-3 days per week in the office, with a significant amount of time spent carrying out site visits across the borough. The rate of pay is -43ph (Umbrella). This role has been created due to an expansion of the team and increased demand across housing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of surveying duties, ensuring properties are safe, well maintained, and fit for purpose.
