Building Surveyor

Description The Building Surveyor will: Conduct commercial property inspections to assess condition and compliance with regulations. Prepare detailed reports and maintenance schedules for buildings. Manage refurbishment and renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Provide technical advice on building structures and materials. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor building performance and recommend improvements where necessary. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across all projects. Keep accurate records of all surveys, inspections, and project progress.
