This is an initial 3-month contract with an immediate requirement for someone who can hit the ground running and provide a safe, experienced pair of hands across a varied property portfolio. The Role Working client-side, you''ll be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects across a predominantly commercial and industrial property portfolio, with a small amount of residential and heritage work. This is a hands-on role where you''ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, liaise with consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered effectively from inception through to completion.
