Following the successful completion of approximately 4,000 surveys, a further programme of circa 3,800 surveys is now commencing, with completion required before the end of the year. We are seeking experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support survey delivery across Coventry and Northamptonshire as part of this ongoing national programme. These are contract opportunities with an immediate start available. This position is offered on an hourly rate basis , either through PAYE or Umbrella arrangements. Please note that a DBS check will be required. Depending on the nature of some surveys, an Enhanced DBS may also be necessary.
