Building Surveyor / Maintenance Officer - Part Time Location: Wrexham Pay: £19.20 PAYE / £25.02 Umbrella per hour Hours: 21 hours per week Contract: 30-week temporary contract Start Date: 1 September 2026 IR35: Inside IR35 Opportunity: Potential extension or permanent opportunity Interviews: Planned for 25 August 2026 Building Surveyor / Maintenance Officer VNA Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Building Surveyor / Building Maintenance Officer to support a busy property and infrastructure team within a large organisation in the Wrexham area. This is an excellent part-time opportunity for someone with a strong background in building surveying, property maintenance or construction who can provide practical technical advice across a varied property portfolio. The successful candidate will support planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance programmes as well as refurbishment and improvement projects. You will help identify required works, prepare specifications and estimates, coordinate contractors and monitor work through to completion. There is also potential for the contract to be extended or for the position to become permanent.
