Building Surveyor

We are working with a leading property consultancy to recruit an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their established team based in Worcester. The Role The successful candidate will undertake a broad mix of project and professional instructions, providing expert building surveying advice to a varied client base. Working within an established team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload, develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering a range of professional instructions, including building surveys, condition surveys, defect analysis and technical due diligence. Managing project work, including contract administration, project monitoring and refurbishment schemes. Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation. Undertaking building inspections and providing practical, commercially focused advice to clients. Managing instructions from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and other property professionals.
