This role plays a key part in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standard, while delivering a great service to customers. Key Responsibilities Investigate, diagnose, and resolve day-to-day property maintenance issues raised internally or by customers. Carry out inspections before, during, and after works to ensure quality and compliance. Provide detailed specifications, including scope of works, quantities, costs, and timescales. Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required technical standards. Support in-house trades teams and external contractors to achieve first-time fixes.
