This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong surveyor with experience in social housing, who can identify building defects, recommend appropriate remedial works and ensure properties remain safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out property inspections, building surveys and defect diagnosis across residential properties. Identify building defects, including damp and mould, water ingress, structural issues and general disrepair. Specify remedial works and prepare schedules of work, specifications and cost estimates. Manage and monitor contractors to ensure works are delivered to the required quality, timescales and budget.
