Given the range of the councils portfolio the applicant is expected to have knowledge around issues associated with Grade 1, Grade 2, Scheduled Ancient Monuments, Commercial and Industrial sites. You will work with other teams across the council to help ensure a compliant portfolio estate is in place. As a Building Surveyor you will have: Qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor Demonstrable experience working within a property environment.
